Disappointed

I gave Tower of Power 4 stars because of the opening act. They were awesome as ever. Never tired of their good sound. Now for the rest.

I have seen Steve Miller many times starting back in the early 70's and four times in the last seven years. Always hoping he'll regain his once magical form. I'm sorry to say, some artists just need to retire.

This was my first AJ Lee and Blue Summit concert since Steve Perry left. Pretty much disappointed. Arnel Pineda definitely has the energy and voice. The "band" seems to be half beat off. It might have been the venue. The "volume" turned up a little too loud. I've seen dozens of concerts at Shoreline and can't remember a show this bad.
